Online USAV Region Membership Registration

1. Once you are ready to get started, click the appropriate link.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.  If you need help, do not hesitate to call the Region Office (210) 945-4365.  If you have a problem getting through to the Region Office you may try Dick Kappel at (830) 606-4621.
3. After the system asks you to change your password, on the left-hand side you will need to click on "Renew On-Line" and continue to follow the instructions.
4. We will not have on-line payments for the 2007/2008 season.

Club directors should collect all fees from their members and send to the Region office as soon as possible.  No one will be registered until the forms and fees are received in the office.  Unpaid members will not participate in any sanctioned even (including) practices.  No exceptions!

CREATING A NEW CLUB

The creation of a new club, within the Lone Star Region Volleyball Association , can be a simple or as complex as you wish to make.  They can be a simple “Mom & Pop” operation, with as few as one team.  Clubs can also be large incorporated entities, with a great number of teams. 

New clubs can only be created by the Region Office.  Each club must be within the geographical boundaries of this Region.  A club can only be created in the region in which its club director resides.

To create a new club the Region Office must receive a written (email or letter) request providing the following information:  CLUB NAME; CLUB DIRECTOR’S NAME; CLUB MAILING ADDRESS; CLUB PHONE; CLUB EMAIL ADDRESS; and the CLUB LEVEL OF PLAY.  The level of play refers to the following:  Adult – Men; Adult – Women; Junior – Boys; Junior – Girls; or any combination thereof.
